This is my review of the WOLT | Travel Laptop Backpack for Women & Men.
Our local high schools don’t have lockers for kids to use and store their belongings or school books in. So, having a comfortable, well-balanced, and durable backpack is essential to our student’s success. Not even to mention essential to reduce back pain! Fortunately, this backpack checks all the boxes! It’s easy to load up, and it balances the weight so one shoulder isn’t carrying more than the other. The straps are easy to adjust. There are enough pockets to store everything without being overwhelming. The fabric is strong and sturdy too. A solid win!

I don’t know what I was expecting but I was expecting something that was cheap polyester that was going to fall apart within a couple days. That’s most things nowadays. This bag after a good week has aged like a fine wine.
What I thought was a darklustered polyester on the outside turned out to be a rubberized coating that made the bag completely waterproof. Not only that all the zippers are sealed meaning this bag possibly survive being dunked (don’t try that with anything expensive). I was even surprised that the rollout top of the bag in fact also had a zipper. It’s not only helps it be weatherized. But also it increases the size of the bag to nearly one and a half it’s original size.
I carried all sorts of groceries in this bag never mind just books. Now the straps are a little thin because this is meant to be a day back. It’s going to cut off your circulation if you’re carrying 24 cans of soda in this thing, in their boxes. Which I did and I was surprised that they fit. And I was able to seal the bag. Maybe not buckle it. With it’s nice metal buckle. But I was able to zip it up. There has been no seam tearing at all even when I use it outside of its parameters.
Most of the time this acts as a light duty gym bag. It seems like every time I use it, I find a new pocket. But the padding in a laptop pouche is really substantial. Honestly I put a carton of eggs in that pouch and it kept it safe from a fall, imagine that!
I feel like I’m going to keep this bag for a long time. I haven’t treated it very nice but it still pretty much looks brand new. I’m usually an abuser of these kind of bags, so I’ll probably update on the failure modes in the future. But honestly it’s still going to keep the five star rating. Because our of the box this is just extra in so many ways. This bag could easily go for twice to asking price. And it’s just being advertised to carry books.

I have used this laptop bag for a few weeks now and it looks as good as new. The fabric is thick and waterproof and does not show dirt or wear and tear. It easily wipes clean. There is room for my Macbook Air plus some additional papers or small items. I have carried my laptop in various bags, but this is the first backpack laptop bag that I have had and I like it. It’s comfortable and easy to carry. There is a zippered area in the front for a cell phone, but I have not used it for my phone yet. It would also work well when flying to keep your boarding pass/ID handy.

I love backpacks. I have many. I coordinate them, with my outfits. I have become a 60 year old sneaker head fashionista. Who knew that was in there! Anyway, this bag is no different. All of my bags must be able to carry a few basic things: a water bottle, an umbrella, my wallet, and my keys. Additionally, looking a little different is a plus. This WOLT deep storage casual daypack hits on all cylinders. Not only can it accommodate my basics, it also has a certain amount of quirkiness. It, also, can hold quite a bit of stuff. It seems very well made, from an easy to clean, water resistant 600D polyester and nylon material, and should last quite a while. There is a small zippered front pocket, for quick and easy access to my identification, wallet, and keys. It has a vented back, a top carry handle, and adjustable padded shoulder straps. The main compartment opening is held closed by a metal buckle, which is very secure. The rear of the interior has a padded pocket that keeps my laptop and tablets separate from everything else. The front interior has another couple of small pockets. Lastly, it has a cool red and white stripe, running right down the middle, adding to its stylish and contemporary look. I will, definitely, be getting a lot of use from this one, along with the occasional compliment, here and there.

The backpack is made of a good quality/thick fabric. The stitching is done well and the zipper pulls (photo) are solid. The side pockets can accommodate a full-sized water bottle (photo). The inside sections have smaller pockets for writing instruments and business cards, among other items, and there’s a section for a laptop with an USB charging port (photo) and another can fit books easily; the one photo shows a hardcover book and you can see how much room is left. On the back is a luggage strap; the other straps have a decent amount of padding on them as does the lower part of the pack that comes into contact with one’s back. If I were to nitpick, my one issue is that “backpack” is misspelled on the product tag.
Overall, this backpack is well made and a very good value. Whether it’s used for business, school, or as a weekend bag, it’s a good buy.

This is a great backpack for a student, athlete, traveler, or professional. I like the waterproof coating over the zipper teeth. It is also nice that the brand tags are tastefully done and not gaudy and huge.
The back of the backpack is fully padded. There is also a strap to go over a luggage handle. I also like that there are two types of handles on the top of the backpack — one thickly padded and the other like a loop made from the shoulder straps.
The side pouches are the same fabric as the bag with an wide elastic band at the top that is mostly covered by the fabric. It has enough room for expansion to fit at least a standard-size water bottle.
The front of the pack has a size flatish pocket that vertical zips (long zipper). This is great to have quick and easy access to wallets, tickets, phone, or other items stored in this area.
The front compartment has a zippered mesh area on one side and a place for composition books, pads, pens and such on the other side. It can easily hold a 3″ binder. Also on the other side at the top is a hard plastic clip to hold keys or possibly a padlock; as well as another zippered mesh section that has good depth.
The middle compartment has a zippered section on the front side and a nylon sleeve on the other. There is also an USB-A extension cable so hook up your backup battery pack or other devices.
The rear compartment has a lightly padded section on the back to hold your laptop, tablet, etc. There is also enough space in this section to hold additional folders, paperwork, etc.

I really like this bag! It’s simple, fits my 14 inch MacBook Pro M2 , my iPad, a notebook, a windbreaker, and all the other little things I need for a day on campus. My only gripe is that the painted-on piping started rubbing off the first day. I don’t really care, but I do think putting decorative actual stitching would have been a better choice.

This bag looks really cool, I’m a little jealous really. The contrasting red stripe against the black fabric looks like a racing stripe on an old French LeMans car. I’m a little concerned about long-term durability as it feels like PVC.
We have a guest with no computer of their own so I refurbed an old laptop I was going to throw out. Grabbed this bag for them to carry it. Modern laptop bags seem made for extremely skinny computers and tablets, not old style thick ones with extra battery attachments. This bag fit a 14″ very thick and heavy laptop just great. It says it fits up to 16″, and I bet it might even fit a 17″ gaming laptop. There’s a couple fabric separated pockets inside, and two main compartments. More than enough for the laptop and some textbooks. The bag is super deep, the top comes well over the shoulders if you wear it strapped, and then that depth folds down to the clip. If you folded it right you could probably fit a change of clothes on top of the laptop and folded down. Despite being slim, the foldover makes a lot of extra room.
There’s also an external zippered pocket with enough room for the travel charger, a phone, and a phone charger.

This is a good mid-size backpack with pockets for everything you might need. The exterior is a tough nylon material that seems like it will hold up well to use, with a reinforced bottom. The straps are nicely padded, breathable, and adjustable. The side pockets for water bottles will expand a bit but likely won’t fit a larger bottle, but easily will hold the 20-32 oz tumblers or bottles. These pockets are not mesh, so they may hold and absorb condensation. The color is a charcoal in most lighting, but in some indoor lighting I notice a bit of dark green as well, so the color is unique. The inside pockets are numerous and can probably hold all your pens, pencils, smaller items, and folders or pads. There is an external USB port with cord inside the backpack, so you can put your battery pack inside, plug it in, and then just plug your phone or tablet into the external USB port on the side of the backpack. The laptop section of the bag will easily hold up to a 15in laptop, although the fit might be tight for bigger PCs. The padding here is very good, and includes a padded divider so you can also put a tablet or secondary device here as well. Some bags have a velcro flap to “enclose” one side of the laptop section, but this one is open at the top. The bag won’t really stand up on it’s own, which could be due in part to the fact that it shipped folded up and very compressed in shrinkwrap plastic, so one of the folds near the bottom of the bag is still very apparent even after 2 months of use.

I’ll be honest here. This backpack is way better than what I was expecting. I was pleasantly surprised when I held it the first time. Its nice and sturdy and doesn’t feel cheap. Nicely padded for your electronic devices. I love the black and red combination. I have used expensive Swiss Gear backpacks without a metal clasp and guess what, this bag has a metal clasp. Impressive ! I think the size is perfect for daily use. Not too big, not too small. This backpack is as described. It has quite a lot of usable and is well organized. I wanted a smaller computer backpack that now better fits my needs. I no longer need to have a backpack that resembles a carry-on piece of luggage.
I liked the idea of having the convenience of a USB cable to charge on the go – unfortunately it didn’t even last one trip before it stopped working! So, that is my only complaint so far, a minor inconvenience, but otherwise the backpack is holding up well with travel.

I ordered this backpack for my son to use for school. He is in high school, and he typically has to carry his computer, notebooks, and supplies with him. Because he doesn’t have a locker, he has to be able to fit everything he needs for the day in his backpack. With that said, this backpack holds everything he needs it to and is comfortable for him to carry. The shoulder pads have ample padding to add to the comfort of the pack, and the straps can be adjusted to fit various size frames. All of the zippers slide smoothly and the compartments are well-thought out with their placement and size. The material seems to be a good quality, as well. I must say this backpack is perfect for me especially I get that for air traveling which requires allowing me to pack my MacBook, phone, chargers, cables, powerbank, some clothings and snack. This back is a perfect fit because it has three main compartments and I can easily fit two MacBooks and all the accessories with them (but I won’t as it will be too heavy for my back). The backpack has think cushions in the back and bottom so I expect that last pretty long. The strip is pretty comfy on my shoulders too.
Overall, it is a five star. The only complaint is the backpack folded in half and packed in a clear plastic bag. Found that the fold line is still exists for a long while after I try to put stuff in and straighten that out. I think that eventually will go away but that just annoying, I like my brand new backpack straight. Pretty sure that’s not the shipping issue as it seems prepack that way out from the factory and it is shipped in a big box that larger than the backpack unfolded. But not a big enough deal that deduct one star so I would keep it five as it’s a really nice backpack. I like it

This looks like a designer bag and is water resistant. There are two small complaints: it isn’t big enough for my 15 inch or even 14 inch laptop both are a little thick. Also it doesn’t hold much. This is a good, decent medium-sized backpack for an adult. Simple black bag with red strip and buckle. I used this for a laptop and several school books. It works for that, but it started to get a little cramped with the laptop, two books, a notebook and some other random items. So far, it seems to be durable and repels liquids when closed up properly. It is pretty well manufactured, no unusable compartments, no useless locking straps. Shoulder straps are decent. The capacity is not too high, so you are unlikely to overload it to the point of not being able to lift it (or that the handle or straps com off). Laptop and tablet compartment is fine (just make sure your laptop fits).
Likely too small for traveling unless we are talking day travel with no need for extra clothes carried or as a personal items bag to take on the plane with other stuff in a bigger luggage piece.
Can recommend for daily school/office use.

The bag is made of a nice, thick material and sewn very well. Definitely is not water resistant though, I splashed (not poured) some water on the side and it absorbed through the bag instantly. Would not trust this to protect my laptop if it was raining, for instance.
It’s very ergonomic if you only have books/laptop/etc. in there, rather than anything that would cause more weight to be at the bottom. The straps are wide and the mesh backing is soft and doesn’t collect sweat when worn for long periods of time.

The look and feel of this backpack is soooo nice! If you’re looking for a backpack that is made of really nice heavy duty materials, then this might be the backpack for you. So many other bags I’ve gotten recently have had a cheap, thin plasticy feel to them, which is OK, but this WOLT backpack is like good old fashion durable luggage, which I LIKE! Even the interior compartments are thicker, padded and feel a step above the rest.
There’s so many nice features on this bag, and I’ve tried to provide photos of many of them. One I didn’t photograph (oops) is the nice padded handle at the top. So nice to be able to carry the backpack this way on occasion. The handle is very comfortable in the hand and is in the right place for good balance. The zippers and pulls are excellent. The zippers work very smoothly and don’t get caught or snag around the corners. And the added pulls they put on the zipper tabs are awesome! Very easy to grab and and pull with. Some companies just put a small cord on their zipper tabs or some do nothing at all, but this WOLT bag has very nice cords WITH GRIPS! How nice is that.
The front outer pocket has an indicator strap so you know which side the zipper is on, very clever and useful! The other thing I am very impressed with is the bottle holder pockets on the sides. A lot of times when these style of pockets are used, in lieu of the mesh style pocket, there is no elasticity to them which makes the bottle push in towards the center of the backpack using up interior space of the backpack. Wolt was clever enough to put an elastic band on the backside of the bottle pocket so that it can stretch open and hold your bottle (see photo). This is SOOO nice, clever, and well hidden.
The padding on the backside of the backpack and shoulder straps is thick and adds a lot of comfort when wearing it and carrying it. The interior compartments and pockets are spot on. One compartment in the back for laptop and some documents, holds my 16″ laptop with plenty of room to spare. The middle “main” compartment holds my, computer charger/cable, an oversized tech pouch and a ? size notepad holder. The front compartment has a few pockets for glasses case, mouse, iPhone holder, some pens and a few other “things” and a hook for my car key fob so I don’t lose that during the day. Lastly, the front outside pocket is for my iPhone, work ID badge, wallet, and other flat pack items.
Again, what really impresses me about this backpack is just the quality of it. Everything from the material, the zippers, shoulder straps, padding and interior construction. And It looks professional without being “over done” like some bags with a million pockets and things hanging all over them.
I wish I didn’t have to carry anything back and forth to work, like the good old days. But in todays remote/hybrid work environment we all lug stuff back and forth once, twice or more days each week. If you have to do that, and you use a backpack, this is one great choice. It looks professional, feels professional, and is super comfortable. Hope you like it as much as I do.

I have been searching for awhile for the “ideal” backpack – not too big or too small, with not too many compartments (or not enough), and that is well made and durable. I have found it with this WOLT backpack! The three main compartments are just right, with the center one being the thickest (front to back space). This thicker section is where my camera and chargers are stored and keeps them separate from the back compartment where I store my tablet (in a well padded space). The front section is designed for keys, a pen and paper and other small items. A great design! An in the very front is a fourth compartment that is perfect for my wallet and phone together. The fabric, padding and zippers are all top notch and I love the distinctive deep red color! I highly recommend this backpack – my search is over!
