Very nice sturdy bag. There are a lot of areas for storage. The padded insert helps keep the ball in place when you are carrying it. There is also still room to put a towel, gloves or wrist support in the area with the ball. There is a pocket on each side that can hold shoes and a pocket on the front of the bag as well. This is a great bag for any casual bowler who only needs to transport one ball at a time. The bag has a center spot for one ball with plenty of space around it for towels, ball buffers, etc. There are also two side zip pockets big enough to put your bowling shoes in (shoes will fit in either side pocket). My size 13 shoes fit into the pockets fine. Also the front zip pocket is perfect for cell phones, keys, wallets, etc. The bag comes with a shoulder strap for carrying. This is an ideal bag for any league or amateur bowler!

I’ve had the same bowling ball and bag for many years. The ball still looks and feels like new, but my bag let go at the seams… Liked the look and price of this product and decided to give it a shot. Inspected on arrival, thought manufacturing was done well. Features include double zippers on three main pockets with nice pull tabs, two side pockets have ventilation grommets for damp shoes or socks and the front pocket has a zig zag elastic cord on the outside, perfect for towel storage. Main handle is sturdy canvas with a velcro closure, additional padded shoulder strap is a nice touch. Overall, ample storage. But a pet peave is that even with a cutout in the bottom of main compartment for the ball, it tends to roll around and bag has fallen on side a few times after placing it down. Decent bag, but I’m sure there are better out there.

If you’re looking for a simple, no frills bowling ball bag for a bowler who is just starting out, this will do the trick nicely. The material is fine, the color (blue) is really nice, and the design is aesthetically pleasing. There is a foam pad in the bottom to cradle the ball, side compartment with vent for shoes (I wear a size 8 and my shoes fit in there perfectly), as well as a front pocket for other gear. Plenty of space, which is in fact my primary complaint with this bag. There is so much space that the ball kind of falls all over the place if the bag is not set down perfectly. It rolls to the front or back and the bag ends up on its side. The clasps are a little cheaply made, so I would be worried about the bag’s ability to hold much more than a 10-12 pound ball. I would recommend this for a professional bowler, but for a novice who is just starting out, it is perfectly adequate.

I bowl on a weekly league and I rent a locker at the alley so I don’t have constantly carry the bowling balls around. I am primarily a recreational bowler so I am no where near as good as most of the people I bowl with. Most of them have 4 to 6 bowling balls they bring to the ally every week, and switch balls as the lane oil patterns change. None of that makes sense to me at my skill level. I have two bowling balls but really only ever use one of them. This year I agreed to be a sub for another team at a different alley. Now I am back to dragging my bowling balls around. I have a double ball carrying bag, but it is a pain to haul 28 pounds of bowling balls when I am only using the one 14 pound ball. I bought this bag to pair down the weight I have to carry. Every thing I need fits nicely in the bag. It is compact and complete. The bag is well constructed, and it does every thing I need.

Let me start by saying for the price, this is a good bag. It’s perfect for a beginner, or casual bowler.

– The bottom of the ball compartment should be a little more rigid. Right now it’s rather bendable.
– The padding that cradles the bottom of the ball is also lacking. I don’t feel like it’s thick enough. Or perhaps it’s that the hole in the center is too large?
– Lastly, the side pockets are barely large enough to fit shoes. They do fit, but they bulge into the ball compartment. It’s not a big deal. In one of my photos I drew a pink line indicating the width of one of the side pockets with a pair of shoes in it.
As long as you’re not dropping/plopping the bag down onto a hard surface regularly, this bag will do very well.

Zippers seem to want to catch and get stuck all the time. The bottom has a pretty flimsy piece to give it some support and I think it’s just a piece of foam with a circle cut out between to layers of fabric that provides a “nest” for the ball to sit. any sort of tilting and the ball will most likely come out of that spot.
Just overall kind of flimsy and I really don’t think it would stand up to weekly use by a casual league bowler let alone a person who takes the sport more seriously. If you bowl a few times a year and you need a bag this will work, but anything more than that and I think you’ll want to spend a bit more for something a little more sturdy.

This is fine for the occasional bowler or for ball storage. I generally take at least three balls when I go bowling and use this case for the times I need that other extra ball. It does have a small ring in the bottom to curtail you ball from rolling around. My size 12 shoes fit in the side pockets but are a tight fit. All in all a good little bag that won’t let you down.

The bag is very nice, depending what you want it for. The description mentions it has side pockets, and can fit shoes up to size 12 or so. Well, it can fit a lot more than size 12, and then some. Yes, it can be used to carry a bowling bowl, towels, shoes, water bottles, and a lot lot more. The bag is very well built, and the shoulder strap is of good quality. Will I use it for my bowling ball, I am not so sure, I think I might feel a little silly with such a large bag. The bottom is very sturdy, it can definitely handle a bit of weight. It is a very good bag, I just fail to see it as a bowling bag.

But it’s not going to replace my Storm bag. It’s a little flimsy but if you need a cheap, single-ball bag, this absolutely does the trick and it’s quite nice. Great for those like me who pretty much use their Purple Hammers for everything. The only thing I am not a fan of is the elastic chord, which squeezes the bag together quite a bit, and if you loosen it too much it hangs off the side of the bag which is quite annoying. Otherwise, it’s a great bag! Since it’s not going to replace my Storm bag, I’m just going to wait the six months (it’s a Vine item so I can’t give it away for six months), and then donate it to the Special Olympics along with an extra bowling ball I have, where it will make some autistic kiddo super happy!

I have owned two previous “one-ball” bowling bags. With those bags, I was always struggling to get all my bowling accessories into each of those bags. This bag has the most storage room I have seen in a single-ball bowling bag. There is plenty of room for two pairs of bowling shoes, one pair in each of the side compartments, and for other accessories in the front side compartment. There is about 5 inches of space available above the bowling ball, once it is in the bag, to store other items.

A well made bag with top notch stitching. This is a soft sided bag so when you carry it does not remain perfectly square. Personally I like the way this is done since it keeps weight to a minimum.

If you are looking for a basic, functional bowling bag to tote all your goodies, this is the bag for you. No frills, just a good, solid bag to carry your ball, shoes, towels, etc. I do appreciate the padded base in this bag. It is much thicker than my other bag and provides more protection. I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the plastic components on the clips for the shoulder strap. I don’t see those lasting very long, but I will be careful and see how it goes. Overall, this is a good value and should do for casual league bowlers like myself.

There is quite a bit of room on the inside. This would be a plus for many bags, however, the added room means the bowling ball tends to roll around a lot. The material also does not feel sturdy enough to fully support the weight of the bowling ball, as it sags when lifted. Despite this, this bag does its purpose. The side pockets are nice, as is having a strap to carry the bag over your shoulder. If you are not planning on playing too frequently, these drawbacks are not much of a problem.
